Although the Windber varsity boys basketball team fell to Berlin last night in a hard-fought matchup, the game was still one to remember as two Ramblers reached remarkable career milestones.
Senior guard Grady Klosky electrified the crowd when he scored his 1,000th career point midway through the third quarter. The game briefly paused as teammates and fans celebrated the achievement, marking a defining moment in his high school career.
Meanwhile, in the paint, Evan Brady dominated the boards, securing his 500th career rebound in the fourth quarter. His tenacity under the rim kept Windber in the game, and despite the final score, his accomplishment highlighted his crucial role on the team.
Windber looks to bounce back in their next game while celebrating the individual successes that prove the future remains bright for the Ramblers.
