Windber High School's volleyball program is celebrating a standout achievement as one of its varsity players, Liliana Grillo, was named to the 2024 Somerset County Finest 14 Volleyball Team. This prestigious honor highlights the top athletes across the county who have showcased exceptional skill, leadership, and sportsmanship throughout the season.

Liliana, a Setter for the Ramblers, was instrumental in the team's success this year. Known for her powerful serves, precise sets, and relentless energy on the court, she consistently led her team in both stats and spirit. Her ability to deliver in clutch moments, especially in key matches against top rivals, earned her the respect of coaches and peers alike. Grillo compiled 473 assists, 208 digs, 97 kills, 76 aces and 13 blocks.

Liliana's dedication extends beyond the court, as she is also an active member of the school community and a role model for younger athletes. With this latest accolade, she adds to an already impressive resume, further cementing her legacy as one of Windber's finest.
