Windber Athletics Announces 2026 Summer Basketball League Opportunities

Windber Area School District is pleased to announce that it will once again host its annual Summer Basketball Leagues, offering competitive and developmental opportunities for both boys and girls at the varsity and junior high levels.

Building on the success of previous years, these leagues provide student-athletes with valuable offseason playing experience, skill development, and team-building opportunities in a structured and competitive environment. Schools from across the region are encouraged to participate.

Windber will offer four separate leagues:

• Boys Varsity Basketball

• Girls Varsity Basketball

• Boys Junior High Basketball

• Girls Junior High Basketball

Due to facility capacity and scheduling considerations, each league will be capped. Schools are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible to secure their spot.
