Windber senior and IUP baseball recruit Lucas Oleksa has been named to the 2025 Pennsylvania State Baseball Coaches Association Second Team All-State, capping off an outstanding season at the plate and in the field.

Lucas put up impressive numbers this spring, batting .404 with 23 hits, including four doubles, a triple, and five home runs. He drove in 17 runs and scored 24 times, consistently delivering for the Ramblers in clutch moments.

In addition to his All-State honor, Lucas was selected to play in the prestigious Pennsylvania State Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game, showcasing his talent among the state's top players.

Recognized for his all-around athletic excellence, leadership, and impact on multiple sports, Lucas has also been nominated for Somerset County Athlete of the Year.
